The El Rey open pit gold mine is located less than 40 miles from the resort town of Mazatlan with roads and powerline crossing the property. The area of the total concessions (El Rey and Rey II) is 153 hectares, only 60 hectares are explored and the proven reserves were 50,000 troy ounces of gold @ $600 US Dlls/oz = $30,000,000 US Dollars and Inferred 150,000 troy ounces of gold @ $600/oz = $90,000,000, so the value of gold in-situ @ $600/oz. $120,000,000 US Dlls on 60 hectares of the total concession.

All mineral option agreements are in good standing and the exploration permits are current. This property is ready to begin mining immediately.
